Emily has been with Hydro Hounds since 2012 after having exprienced two years in a veterinary practice. She has worked her way up from a hydrotherapy assistant to a fully qualified senior hydrotherapist. It is to Emily's credit she has recently been promoted to Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth day to day running of the centre and high standard of quality care to our patients and clients. Emily has her own dog at home who she enjoys caring for and in her spare time she likes to bake the odd cake !
Katy joined Hydro Hounds in 2014 as a trainee hydrotherapist and has worked her way up to a senior therapist position, aiding Emily with the day to day running of Hydro Hounds. Her commitment and passion for rehabilitation shines through in her quality of care for the patients and their families. Katie has also spent time working in veterinary practice giving her a wider knowledge of the conditions and injuries that are treated with hydrotherapy. Katie enjoys looking after her own dog at home and has a love of sewing and embroidery.
Sarah is the newest member of the team joining Hydro Hounds in Jan 2019. Sarah holds a degree in Animal Science focussing on a wide variety of subjects including animal behaviour, anatomy and physiology. She also has experience in veterinary practice and has been working for the last 6 years at Godstone Farm. Sarah enjoys walking dogs and keeping fit in the gym !
Sarah established Hydro Hounds in 2008 after spending 12 years as a qualified Veterinary Nurse. Her passion and enthusiam to rehabilitate animals was the driving force behind Hydro Hounds inception and has continued to be a success from day one. Hydro Hounds has treated over 1,500 dogs (and the odd cat) with the majority of patients choosing to continue their treatment long term to maintain excellent health and fitness. Sarah is extremely proud of her team and the excellent reputation that Hydro Hounds has aquired.
Ella joined Hydro Hounds in November 2018. Her dream is to become a Vet and is looking to pursue that career by going to universty next year to study Veterinary Medicine. She has experience of working with a wide variety of animals having worked at farms, stables and in veterinary practices.
Chloe joined Hydro Hounds in October 2018 whilst continuing her Level 3 Animal Management at Nescot College. Chloe's ambition is to go to university and study Canine Therapy to become a Hydrotherapist. She has previously worked in veterinary practice and a cattery. Her hobbies include horse riding and she has 2 cats Bobby and Poppy who she loves dearly !
